Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Odd Jobs Home Services website and any services booked through it. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

Odd Jobs provides home handyman services including, but not limited to, plumbing repairs, electrical work, furniture assembly, TV mounting, drywall repair, and general honey-do list tasks. All work is performed by licensed and insured technicians.

3. Quotes and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all jobs. Final pricing is agreed upon before work begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Additional charges may apply if the scope of work changes after the initial quote.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability.

5. Warranties

All work is backed by a 90-day workmanship warranty. If any issue arises from the work performed within 90 days, we will return to fix it at no additional charge. Manufacturer warranties on parts and materials apply separately.

6. Limitation of Liability

Odd Jobs is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services performed. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by factors beyond our control.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Alabama.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date.
